We use your email to send you the free guide and, if you've signed up, the weekly newsletter. That's it. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell it or share it with anyone — ever.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list instantly — no awkward confirmation screens, no "are you sure?" emails.
We use Beehiiv to send emails. Your email address is stored on their platform so they can deliver messages to you. Beehiiv is GDPR-compliant and doesn't sell your data to anyone. You can read their privacy policy at beehiiv.com.
No other third party has access to your email address. We don't use Facebook Pixel, retargeting ads, or any other tracking that follows you around the internet.
We use basic analytics cookies (via Google Analytics or similar) to tell us things like which pages are popular and how people find the site. None of this is linked to your name or email address.
You can block cookies in your browser settings if you prefer. The site still works without them.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it completely — at any time. Just send us an email and we'll sort it within a few days. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
